Initially registered LV-PLP it was delivered in 2nd May 1959.Re-registered and named  ‘El Lucero del Alba’  the 07/05/59.

Damaged beyond repair in an incident on approach to Asuncion in 27 August 1959 hitting the ground before reaching the runway. “Of the 50 occupants, one crew member and one passenger were killed.”
